Double Click on the Price file and it comes up. In this case is was a CSV file.

Use Excel to find the parts you need. Enter the quantities.

After Clicking on Import the transactions will be in QuickBooks.

Sales Receipt shown here but it can be an Invoice, Sales Order, or Estimate.
