Money Back Return Policies

To use with QuickBooks US editions and Online Edition.

 

 

We offer four classes of offerings.

  • Off-the-shelf' software
  • Custom Software (requiring new programming to existing offerings or brand new programs).
  • Services
  • Contract Work - programming, design, planning, etc.

 

1 - 'Off-the-shelf' software

  • Usually comes with a free trial or demo
  • You would try it with the trial or demo and decide if you want it or not
  • If you want it after using the trial or demo you would then purchase a license to use it via the normal payment methods.
  • May be bought directly on the internet.

 

A money back return for the base software price can be made if:

  • It does not work as advertised within 30 days of purchase.
  • There are 'serious' problem bugs preventing the operation or usage of the product that cannot be resolved by AaaTeX within 30 days of notification (with proper documentation that is discussed in our documentation on www.AaaTeX.com/support Please see disclaimer below).
  • The product has NOT been registered.
  • We have cooperation from you to try to fix the problem i.e. getting proper documentation, applying fixes or getting additional information from your system.

This does not include setup and customization costs.

 

 

2- Custom software

  • Changes are made to an existing 'off-the-shelf' product or this is a new program or product.
  • One of our many other products that are not yet ready for the 'mass market'.

 

A money back return can be made if:

  • The product does not function as was 'contracted'.
  • There are 'serious' problem bugs preventing the operation or usage of the product that cannot be resolved by AaaTeX within 30 days of notification (with proper documentation that is discussed in our documentation on www.AaaTeX.com/support (Please see disclaimer below).
  • There is NO money back returns if the product performs as discussed, written and/or verbal, (the requirements or specifications that the customer provides).
  • This normally does not include setup and customization costs.
  • It is requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • We have 30 days to try to fix the problem after we receive proper notification and documention of the problem. (i.e. email notice to support@aaatex.com with screen image of issue, debug_date_time.log, etc as requested by support) and we fail to fix it.
  • We have cooperation from you to try to fix the problem i.e. getting proper documentation, applying fixes or getting additional information from your system.

3- Services:

  • No program will be given to the customer but work is done either on the customer's computer or on ours. This does NOT include contract programming which is done on an hourly basis and has no money back returns. This does include email/phone support.

 

A money back return can be made if:

  • We failed to meet what we were 'contracted' to do within 30 days of notification (with proper documentation that is discussed in our documentation on www.AaaTeX.com/Support.htm. (Please see disclaimer below).
  • It is within 30 days of purchase.
  • This was NOT a 'best attempt' method.

 

There will be NO Money Back Returns:

  • If you do not like the answer given as a result of email/phone support.
  • This was a 'best attempt' method.
  • You do not cooperate with our support staff to get the proper documentation, apply fixes, etc.

 

4- Contract Work - Programming, Design, etc.

  • No money will be given back for contract work, i.e programming, design, etc.

Operating System, Internet, Web Site, Web Shopping Cart or program provided by another company). In no case shall AaaTeX be responsible for more then that purchase price.
