Change Database Name

Change the name of your QB Company Name in our database.

Our products are licensed by the QuickBooks Company Name (except Diamond Editions). If you change the QuickBooks Company name the it will fail our licensing test and you can get messages as '..company is not licensed ...' or '..Trial Expired..'.

The database would have to be changed and you would have to re-activate/register from the Help menu.

This must be approved by our management since we license by QB Company name and a 2nd company would usually require a 2nd license not a changing of names.

Please indicated in the instructions:
1. Current Registration Name (not the QB Company Name) but the company name that you would register with
2. Current QB Company Name (if known).
2. Name to be used (Please copy and paste this).
3. If you also what to change the Registration Name, Phone, PostCode

Normally takes 2-3 hours once we see notification of payment

Please note that the Registration name on our Activatation/Registration screen is NOT the QuickBooks company name but the name that you entered when signing into our eCommerce system to purchase the products. In some cases your registrion name may be the same as your QuickBooks company name.
